Допустим Nginx установлен, Nextcloud находится в /var/www/nextcloud и нужно чтобы он открывался на поддомене https://cloud.ixnfo.com/. На момент написания статьи буду использовать Nextcloud 17.
Приведу пример файла конфигурации /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/cloud.ixnfo.com.conf:

Также в файле /etc/php/7.2/fpm/pool.d/www.conf раскомментируем следующие параметры:
env[HOSTNAME] = $HOSTNAME env[PATH] = /usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin env[TMP] = /tmp env[TMPDIR] = /tmp env[TEMP] = /tmp
Также изменим в файле /etc/php/7.2/fpm/php.ini:
memory_limit = 512M upload_max_filesize = 128M post_max_size = 128M
При необходимости установим правильную группу и владельца на директории:
chown nginx:nginx /var/lib/php/session/ chown root:nginx /var/lib/php/wsdlcache/ chown root:nginx /var/lib/php/opcache/
Проверим корректность конфигурации и применим ее:
nginx -t service nginx reload
Пример просмотра логов:
tail /var/www/nextcloud/data/nextcloud.log tail /var/log/nginx/access.log tail /var/log/nginx/error.log
