Приведу пример получения оптического сигнала по SNMP с оптических трансиверов подключенных в Juniper устройства.
Для примера возьму QFX5100 и MX204, сначала командой посмотрим оптический сигнал на трансивере и прочую информацию (в порт et-0/0/0 у меня подключен трансивер 40G, который использует 2 оптических волокна и 4 линии на разной длине волн):

На примере SNMP OIDs которые я привел, можно написать в Zabbix автообнаружение, чтобы триггеры о низком оптическом сигнале и элементы данных для оптического сигнала и т.д. создавались автоматически при подключении в порты новых трансиверов.
