Disabling site statistics in cPanel

Sometimes it is useful to disable visitor statistics for some frequently visited sites, since there is no point in loading the server by analyzing huge log files and if you can use other statistical tools, such as Goole Analytics, for example.

If you do not need webalizer, awstats and analog statistics, then you need to edit the account file to disable it
/var/cpane/users/NAME:

skipanalog=0
skipawstats=0
skipwebalizer=0

It can also be disabled via WHM – Server Configuration – Tweak Settings – Stats Programs.

It will also be useful to redirect the statistics log for such sites to /dev/null or slightly reduce the level of logging in the web server settings.
