First of all, download the utility for firmware from here:

In the complete set with the utility also the driver, it is necessary to install them.
Next, pull out the battery from the phone, connect it to the computer with a USB cable, press the volume button simultaneously up and down, keeping them insert the battery, the phone will start in firmware mode.
If the drivers are not installed at once, then we will restart the computer and then, when installing the driver, we will specify the path to the folder with the utility.

To flash, run the FlashTool_E2.exe utility itself, check that the “Custom Order” checkbox is selected and “Erase whole flash before download” is selected.

Make sure that the following parameters are selected in the utility:
USB Port = 1
Baud Rate = 921600
# Channels = 1
Communication Driver = Infineon USB Driver
Then click “Next>”, then “Start USB1” and connect the phone in firmware mode (pull out the battery from the phone, connect it to the computer with a USB cable, press the volume button simultaneously up and down while keeping them in the battery).
The firmware update process will automatically start, it lasted about a minute.
When “Success” is written, we disconnect the phone from the computer, you may need to remove the battery and turn it on.
It is also desirable to perform a full reset by dialing *2767*3855# on your phone.
