Option 1. With the device turned on.
To reset to factory settings and delete all third-party data, open “Settings” – “Accounts” or “Personal data” – “Restore and reset” – “Reset settings”.
Option 2. With the device turned off.
When the device is turned off, press the volume keys up + down and the power button until the boot menu appears.
Use the volume down key to select the “Recovery” menu item and open it by pressing the volume up key.
Next, select “Wipe data / factory reset” – “Yes – delete all user data” in the same way and wait for the operation to complete.
Upon completion, select “Reboot system now”.
The device will reboot with standard settings and without third-party data.
The reset process can take about 10 minutes, during which we do not touch the device.
